Can I bring my own grippy socks?

What are your open play prices?

Ages 0–1: $5, Ages 2–5: $14, Ages 6+: $16. Adults are always free! Grippy socks are required and available for $3 at the front desk.

How do memberships work?

For $49/month you get unlimited Monday–Friday open play for one child. Each additional child is $15/month. We also offer a yearly plan at $500 for the first child and $150 per additional child. Your membership includes a free pair of grippy socks at signup, plus access to our coffee bar during the week.

Can members play on weekends?

Yes! As long as we don't have a private party booked or we're not at capacity, members are welcome to come in on weekends during open play hours.

Do I need a reservation to play?

Nope! Open play is walk-in only — no reservation needed. Just come by anytime during open play hours.

Do I need to fill out a waiver every time?

No. You'll fill out a waiver once and it's saved in our system. Just enter your phone number at check-in and it pulls right up!

How does check-in work for members?

Just scan the QR code at the front desk, enter your membership number, and you're in! That's it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and gift cards. Membership payments recur monthly and you'll get an email confirmation each time. To cancel, just call us or stop by.

What are the play area rules?

Shoes off in the play zone. Grippy socks must be worn at all times. Food and drinks stay in the lobby or party room. Parents should supervise their children — no rough housing, and please share and take turns on equipment. At the rock wall, kids should climb up and back down to the red line before jumping off.

What’s included in a birthday party package?

You get the party room and full playroom access for 2 hours, entry for 10 kids with grippy socks included, plus a tablecloth, plates, cups, and utensils. The party room has two picnic tables, a presents table, and a food table. Need an extra table? Just let us know!

How much does a party cost?

Weekday parties are $200 and weekend parties are $250. Extra kids beyond 10 are $10 each (socks included). A full private party — the entire playroom just for you — is an additional $250 and is available on Sundays.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for popular dates. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a different date. Parties can be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice. If something comes up last minute, give us a call and we'll do what we can. If fewer than 10 kids show up, the base package rate still applies.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You're welcome to bring cake, desserts, prepackaged snacks, sides, and drinks. However, outside catered food is not allowed. For pizza, we partner with Old Chicago’s Pizza — we'll order it for you and have it delivered in time for the party. That's a separate fee.

How many guests can I invite?

Standard parties include 10 kids and can go up to 20. Adults are capped at 20. Private parties can have up to 30 kids and 30 adults. Our building capacity is 87 people for everyone’s safety.

When should I arrive to set up?

You and your guests can arrive up to 15 minutes before the party starts. Your party host will be there to help you get set up.

Yes, all kids need a waiver signed by an adult 18 or older. There’s a QR code by the party room so guests can fill it out on their phones as they arrive. Easy!

Your party host helps with setup, keeps things running smoothly, handles cleanup, and assists with payment for the party balance and any pizza orders. They’re there so you can focus on enjoying the party!

How does cleanup work?

We handle it! Your party host takes out trash, sweeps, mops, and disinfects everything. Just gather your gifts and personal items within 10 minutes after the party ends so we can prep for the next group.
