1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zany's Play World website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

When you book a party through our website:

• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance
• You must complete and sign the liability waiver before your party
• The party host must be present and responsible for all guests during the event

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7+ days before party: Full refund minus processing fees
• 3-6 days before party: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund (you may reschedule once, subject to availability)
• No-shows: No refund

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate and complete
• You authorize us to charge the payment method for the total amount
• Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes

6. Membership Terms

For Unlimited Play Memberships:

• Memberships are billed monthly on the same day each month
• Memberships are valid for Monday-Friday open play only
• Memberships are non-transferable
• You may cancel at any time by calling (770) 755-3465 or visiting in person
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

7. Liability Waiver

All guests must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in activities at Zany's Play World. For birthday parties, the party host signs the waiver on behalf of all party guests. Walk-in guests must sign a waiver before entering the play area.

8. Rules & Safety

All guests must follow our facility rules, including:

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Socks must be worn in the play area (grip socks available for purchase)
• No food or drinks in the play area
• Follow all posted safety guidelines
• Respect other guests and staff

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not follow our rules.

9. Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift cards and certificates:

• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Do not expire
• Can be used for party bookings or open play admission
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zany's Play World and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zany's Play World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
